Cheesecake Cups

Cheesecake that is very easy to make low calorie just use low fat cream cheese and low fat wafers. Great recipe for those Christmas parties.
2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together. Beat until fluffy. Line baking cups with vanilla wafers. Put cheese mixture into the paper cups. Bake at 345 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Top with your favorite fruit.

Easy weight loss ideas, In today’s world where calorie-packed food comes fast and easy. It is very easy to forget about eating right and watching your weight here are a few ideas that might help:Weight loss ideas for everyone.
1.Don’t watch TV: to many junk food ads to help tempt us.
2.Exercise: Always a good way to keep in shape.
3.No sugary drinks: Pop, soda what ever you call it it is bad for you, and many calories. Also have you looked at the back of the juice drinks we buy our children they are loaded with calories and sugar.
4. Eating because we are bored; Always ask your self am I really hungry or just bored.
I try to follow this ideas and it is not always easy. Eating healthy is the best way to weight loss.
Pumpkin Cookies

Recipe for great pumpkin cookies. This is really easy to bake. I always add some pumpkin allspice to mine just a little sprinkle, adds a little more spice taste.
2 cups butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 cup chopped walnut
2 cups sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 cups flour (sifted)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups raisins
Blend all the ingredients together and roll into small balls on to greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Gingersnaps

This is just the best recipe for gingersnaps. The easy one. The recipe grandma use to use. Home made cookies are always the best.
1 1/2 cup shortening
2 cups sugar 2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 cups flour
2 tbsp. ginger
4 tsp soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat together the sugar, shortening,eggs and the molasses. Add flour, ginger, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well. Shape into small balls and roll in sugar and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Mini Bacon Quiches

Are you counting calories ? Or do you have last minute quests coming? Either why this is the perfect recipe. These only have 54 calories each and 3 grams of fat. So enjoy.
1 egg lightly, beaten
1/2 lb of bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup reduced- fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup part - skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup reduced - fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
2 packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
Combine first 9 ingredients. Place tart shells on an ungreased baking shee, fill each with about 2 teaspoons of the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is set and shells are lightly browned. Serve warm.

1/3 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 cup green grapes (halved)
1 cup red grapes (halved)
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the wine , lime juice and honey to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until liquid is syrupy and reduced to about 1/4 cup Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl combine all the fruit and drizzle with syrup, toss to cover.
Spinach Salad

I was looking for a really good spinach salad recipe, I found this one and tried it out for a friend of mine who was coming to dinner this salad is so crispy and great tasting. This is the low calorie recipe but you could add boiled eggs and bacon. I think this one can measure up.
One eight ounce bag washed baby spinach
One cucumber
Two small tomatoes
Two stalks green onion or scallions
Three radishes
One half cup fat free cheddar cheese
One half cup fat free croutons
Four ounces fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
Cut the tomato into quarters.
Slice the radishes and scallions.
Mix all the vegetables together with the spinach in a large bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese.
Add the dressing and toss.
Top with croutons

Butterscotch Yummies

I found this recipe and tried it last night for my family and it sure was a hit. These cookies are so good taste like a oatmeal cookie, and so good. This is a great cookie recipe, very glad I tried them.
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, instant pudding, and rolled oats. Add oil, sour cream, water, and vanilla; mix until smooth and well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.You might want to lose a couple pounds after these check this out

Cocktail Meatballs

This is a great recipe for cocktail meatballs very quick and easy. Have made this real quick when need some thing fast for unexpected quests. I add some spices extra spices. But just as good this way.
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. minced onion
1 cup fine cornflakes crumbs
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 cup milk
Oil for deep frying
Mix all the ingredients together except the oil, form into small balls. Then deep fry balls about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with toothpick.
Yogurt Parfaits

This is a quick way to make your own yogurt. I add some fresh fruit. Yogurt is so good for you. Yogurt parfaits are so yummy.
1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 tablespoons frozen whipped topping,thawed
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
In a medium bowl, combine the gelatin and water and stir to dissolve. Add the yogurt and, with an electric mixer on medium speed, whip until smooth and creamy. Evenly divide among 4 parfait glasses and chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Top with the whipped topping and almonds.
