Sausage Balls

Written by admin on June 8, 2008 – 1:19 pm -

This is guaranteed to be a hit. So quick to make and very low cost. This is a great appetizer for those summer parties. My family loves them.

1 lb. bulk hot Italian sausage ( browned and drain, and cooled)

1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

3 cups Bisquick

3/4 cup water

Mix Bisquick and water together. Add sausage and cheese. Roll into small balls and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Should get about 10 dozen.
